Use of compiled HexaOS firmware binaries is governed by the HexaOS End-User License Agreement (EULA), which covers the license grant (Free and PRO tiers), permitted use, restrictions, the warranty disclaimer, and the limitation of liability. Installing or using a HexaOS binary constitutes acceptance of the EULA.
Use of this portal and any cloud services (accounts, device dashboard, secure remote access) is governed by these portal terms, which will be published in full before those features become available.
Your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under Slovak and EU law are not affected by these terms.
