Refund Policy

As a consumer in the EU you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. For digital content delivered immediately (such as a PRO license token), this right can be waived — at checkout you will be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that doing so forfeits the 14-day withdrawal right.

Where the withdrawal right has not been waived and the digital content has not yet been delivered, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.

Cloud access subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future renewals. The perpetual PRO unlock is not affected by cancelling cloud access.
